Exotrail in Massy is seeking an Electronics Module Leader to plan and execute propulsion internal development projects. You will lead the TCU and EDU module efforts, balancing technical depth with strong project management to meet goals and client expectations.

You will drive master plans, staffing, risk mitigation, KPIs, reporting, and supplier coordination while ensuring manufacturing deliverables and documentation are on time.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing technologies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field (space propulsion, mechanical, electronics, embedded software, etc.).
• Experience in managing development projects for at least 2 years is preferred.
• Experience within space, aeronautical, automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver development projects for the TCU and EDU modules.
• Create master plans with timelines and resource needs for both modules.
• Plan staffing levels with Line Managers and escalate conflicts appropriately.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies with the technical team.
• Track KPIs such as budget, timelines and quality.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing deliverables and documentation.
• Coordinate production support and issue remediation for the modules.
• Follow up with suppliers for technical and production activities.
