Exotrail is seeking a Launch & Mission Manager for its In-Orbit Services line, based in Massy or Toulouse. You will act as the face of Exotrail to customers and as launcher interface for spacevan integrations, turning commercial aims into operational success.

You will lead customer mission management and launch integration, coordinating internal teams and ensuring milestones from mission analyses to mating spacevan with launcher, while maintaining rigorous technical and contractual oversight.

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience: at least 5 years in the space industry with proven project management and customer interface experience.
• Launch expertise: knowledge of launch services or launcher interface.
• Diplomat and negotiator: able to find win-win solutions in complex technical scenarios.
• Rigorous and detail oriented.
• Interpersonal intelligence: ability to build high-trust relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English for daily international operations.

Responsabilités

• Customer Mission Management: act as single focal point and support mission integration, payload prep, and in-orbit operations.
• 360 Management: oversee contractual, programmatic, and technical aspects to meet customer requirements while safeguarding spacevan's integrity.
• Launch Integration Management: lead launch services contract from mission analyses to final mating of spacevan to launcher.
• Deliverables Expert: coordinate internal teams for mission analyses, Range Safety submissions, and launch campaign plans.
