Bel Group in France is seeking a Projects and AI Controller to maximize value from its digital transformation, including AI initiatives. The position reports to the Value Realization Office within the Futures Department and is based in Suresnes, with international travel possibilities.

You will drive end-to-end value management, build and validate business cases, track KPIs, and collaborate with Transformation and Finance teams to ensure value delivery and alignment with strategic milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, controlling, financial analysis).
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Good understanding of ROI, NPV, cash flow impacts.

Reporting to the Value Realization Office (within the Futures Department), the Projects and AI Controller will be responsible for maximizing and tracking the value created by Bel's digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects, working closely with project teams, Transformation and Finance, with the following key responsibilities:

Driving end-to-end value management for Bel’s digital transformation projects

• Support the full lifecycle of value creation, from business case definition to value realization tracking
• Contribute to the construction and validation of business cases in collaboration with project owners and Finance teams
• Structure value drivers, financial assumptions, and expected benefits
• Put in place the methodology, track actual value delivery vs. commitments and highlight deviations
• Consolidate and monitor the transformation projects’ portfolio from a value perspective
• Track and report key financial and operational KPIs at portfolio level
• Ensure alignment between project execution and value delivery milestones
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or gaps vs. value commitments
• Contribute to identifying underperformance and supporting action plans or strategic adjustments when needed

Cross-functional collaboration (Transformation & Finance)

• Act as a key interface between Transformation teams, Project leaders, and Finance stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with Finance processes, tools, and governance
• Build strong working relationships across functions to support a value-driven culture
• Contribute to the monitoring of the AI project portfolio from a value creation standpoint
• Support Finance stakeholders engaged in AI initiatives
• Help ensure clarity and consistency of value drivers across AI projects
• Track delivery and financial impact of AI initiatives

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance (e.g., FP&A, controlling, financial analysis)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure business cases and financial models
• Good understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, cash impact, cost drivers…)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with multiple stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity and drive
• Exposure to digital or AI-related projects is appreciated

Position based in Suresnes, or international with regular travels to Suresnes

• Play a central role in tracking and delivering value across strategic transformation initiatives
• Contribute to building a structured and consistent value management approach across the Group
• Be involved in high-visibility AI initiatives with strong business impact
