Bel Group in France is seeking a Projects and AI Controller to maximize value from its digital transformation, including AI initiatives. The position reports to the Value Realization Office within the Futures Department and is based in Suresnes, with international travel possibilities.

You will drive end-to-end value management, build and validate business cases, track KPIs, and collaborate with Transformation and Finance teams to ensure value delivery and alignment with strategic milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, controlling, financial analysis).
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Good understanding of ROI, NPV, cash flow impacts.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end value management for Bel's digital transformation projects.
• Consolidate portfolio value delivery and report KPIs at portfolio level.
• Collaborate with Transformation and Finance teams to align value with milestones.
• Identify risks, delays, or gaps and support corrective actions.
