Bel Group is seeking a Projects and AI Controller based in Suresnes to maximize and track the value created by digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects. You will work with project teams, Transformation, and Finance to structure value drivers and monitor portfolio performance.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in Finance (FP&A, controlling, financial analysis), strong analytical and communication skills, and English fluency. International travel to Suresnes may be required.

• Exposure to digital or AI-related projects is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end value management for Bel’s digital transformation projects from business case to value realization tracking.
• Contribute to building and validating business cases with project owners and Finance.
• Structure value drivers, assumptions, and expected benefits; track actual value vs commitments.
• Consolidate and monitor the transformation projects’ portfolio from a value perspective; report KPIs at portfolio level.
• Ensure alignment between project execution and value delivery milestones; flag risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with Transformation and Finance to align processes, tools, and governance; build strong cross-functional relationships.

Reporting to the Value Realization Office (within the Futures Department), the Projects and AI Controller will be responsible for maximizing and tracking the value created by Bel's digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects, working closely with project teams, Transformation and Finance, with the following key responsibilities:

Driving end-to-end value management for Bel’s digital transformation projects

• Support the full lifecycle of value creation, from business case definition to value realization tracking
• Contribute to the construction and validation of business cases in collaboration with project owners and Finance teams
• Structure value drivers, financial assumptions, and expected benefits
• Put in place the methodology, track actual value delivery vs. commitments and highlight deviations
• Consolidate and monitor the transformation projects’ portfolio from a value perspective
• Track and report key financial and operational KPIs at portfolio level
• Ensure alignment between project execution and value delivery milestones
• Proactively flag risks, delays, or gaps vs. value commitments
• Contribute to identifying underperformance and supporting action plans or strategic adjustments when needed

Cross-functional collaboration (Transformation & Finance)

• Act as a key interface between Transformation teams, Project leaders, and Finance stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with Finance processes, tools, and governance
• Build strong working relationships across functions to support a value-driven culture
• Contribute to the monitoring of the AI project portfolio from a value creation standpoint
• Support Finance stakeholders engaged in AI initiatives
• Help ensure clarity and consistency of value drivers across AI projects
• Track delivery and financial impact of AI initiatives

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance (e.g., FP&A, controlling, financial analysis)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure business cases and financial models
• Good understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, cash impact, cost drivers…)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with multiple stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

Position based in Suresnes, or international with regular travels to Suresnes
