Bel Group is seeking a Projects and AI Controller based in Suresnes to maximize and track the value created by digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects. You will work with project teams, Transformation, and Finance to structure value drivers and monitor portfolio performance.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in Finance (FP&A, controlling, financial analysis), strong analytical and communication skills, and English fluency. International travel to Suresnes may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance (e.g. FP&A, controlling, financial analysis).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure business cases and financial models.
• Good understanding of financial concepts (ROI, NPV, cash impact, cost drivers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
• Exposure to digital or AI-related projects is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end value management for Bel’s digital transformation projects from business case to value realization tracking.
• Contribute to building and validating business cases with project owners and Finance.
• Structure value drivers, assumptions, and expected benefits; track actual value vs commitments.
• Consolidate and monitor the transformation projects’ portfolio from a value perspective; report KPIs at portfolio level.
• Ensure alignment between project execution and value delivery milestones; flag risks and gaps.
• Collaborate with Transformation and Finance to align processes, tools, and governance; build strong cross-functional relationships.
