Job summary

ProjecTTech is seeking an experienced Schedule Manager to lead planning and delivery of data center construction activities in an international context. You will develop and maintain schedules, monitor milestones, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across borders. Fluent English is required, French is a plus.

You will identify risks, create mitigation plans, produce dashboards, and support continuous improvement in planning practices. Occasional travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as Schedule Manager, Planning Manager, or Project Planner on complex projects.
• Fluent English required; French is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

Context

ProjecTTech is looking for an experienced Schedule Manager to support the planning and delivery of complex data center construction activities.The role requires a highly autonomous and versatile professional capable of managing project schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective planning methodologies in a demanding international environment.

Main responsabilities

• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules.
• Define and monitor milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Track schedule progress and prepare regular status reports.
• Identify deviations and develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Coordinate planning activities with multidisciplinary teams.
• Consolidate schedule inputs and constraints from subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure timely updates.
• Identify schedule risks and proactively escape critical issues.
• Produce clear planning dashboards and performance reports.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement and standardize planning tools, templates, and methodologies.
• Support the continuous development of project planning and management practices.

Technical skills

• Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, milestone management, progress measurement, and schedule control.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, constraints, interfaces, and potential delays.
• Experience in developing mitigation and recovery schedules.
• Strong reporting and planning dashboard capabilities.
• Ability to implement and standardize planning processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international environments.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Schedule Manager, Planning Manager, or Project Planner on complex projects.
• Experience in data center construction is highly valued.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of planning activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
• Fluent English is required; French is an advantage.
• Availability for frequent travel across Europe.
• Ability to communicate complex scheduling information clearly to both technical and management stakeholders.
