We are looking for two experienced Project Planners to support the operation and maintenance of live data centre facilities in the Paris region.
The role will focus on coordinating maintenance schedules, external vendors, contracts, resources, and internal stakeholders. The objective is to ensure that all maintenance activities are properly planned, resourced, and completed without gaps in operational coverage.
This is an operations and maintenance planning position, not a construction or hands-on engineering role. Specialist electrical or mechanical expertise is therefore not required.
Key Responsibilities

- Translate operational requirements into clear tasks, owners, deadlines, and dependencies
- Coordinate maintenance windows with facilities, engineering, and operations teams
- Identify upcoming vendor, resource, access, or service coverage requirements
- Track planned, completed, delayed, and outstanding activities through to closure
- Coordinate OEMs, maintenance contractors, and subcontractors
- Confirm vendor availability, site access, resources, and contractual readiness
- Support contractor onboarding, contract renewals, and procurement activities
- Identify planning gaps, delays, and operational risks before they affect maintenance delivery
- Maintain accurate plans, milestones, responsibilities, and dependencies in planning systems
- Produce regular status reports, risk updates, and KPI reporting
- Participate in operational and escalation meetings and ensure actions are completed
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in maintenance, facilities, operations, project planning, or scheduling
- Ideally 10 or more years of relevant professional experience
- Strong experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, stakeholders, and dependencies
- Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify scheduling or resource gaps and escalate risks proactively
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Fluent French and professional English
- Comfortable working with planning systems and learning new tools
- No engineering degree or specialist technical qualification required
- Data centre operations or maintenance planning experience
- Experience in another 24/7 critical environment, such as utilities, hospitals, telecommunications, semiconductors, or pharmaceutical facilities
- Preventive maintenance and on-call service planning
- Familiarity with critical facility systems, including UPS, generators, electrical distribution, cooling, HVAC, or fire systems
- Experience coordinating OEMs and maintenance providers
- Exposure to procurement, contractor onboarding, or service contract management
- Experience with Asana, CMMS, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar planning tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project qualification would be advantageous
