Cohabs in Paris is seeking a Construction Site Manager Intern to support our renovation projects, providing hands-on involvement from feasibility through handover. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and procurement to help deliver high-quality living spaces built around community and sustainability.

This internship offers exposure to real construction projects, with monthly reporting, ESG compliance, and opportunities to contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You have some basic knowledge of construction or building.
• You are methodical, organized and detail-oriented.
• You have strong coordination skills and enjoy getting things moving.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and taking on challenges.
• You are fluent in French and have a basic level of English.
• You are proactive and enjoy bringing new ideas to improve our product.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where projects move quickly.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project studies and feasibility assessments during the real estate prospecting phase
• Support the creation and monitoring of project schedules
• Assist with the administrative management and coordination of projects
• Find creative solutions to stay within budget and meet deadlines
• Assist in coordinating all project stakeholders: architects, engineering firms, control offices, health & safety coordinators, contractors, etc.
• Prepare monthly reporting and monitor project progress
• Ensure ESG and safety guidelines are applied and followed
• Support the operational management of FF&E and Procurement for our houses

As we continue developing our projects in France, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager Intern to support our teams in the delivery and execution of our renovation projects.

You will be involved in the different stages of our projects, from feasibility through to handover, with a strong hands-on role on a daily basis.
