Join our Procurement team and help shape the future of our homes by curating inspiring products, strengthening supplier partnerships, and continuously improving how we source, design, and deliver across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• Catalogue Master: You’ll be the guardian of our product catalogue: updating links, prices, and details to ensure everything aligns perfectly with our artistic direction and strategy.
• Purchasing Tool Hero: You’ll lead our European purchasing tool, making sure it runs like a well‑oiled machine, improving it continuously, and ensuring local teams use it efficiently.
• Supplier Whisperer: You’ll be the main point of contact for our suppliers: identifying new partners, keeping an eye on the market, and negotiating the best possible conditions (price, timing, quality, services). You’ll also handle the admin side, supplier files, contracts, and data updates in our internal tools.
• Sourcing & Innovation Hunter: Always on the lookout for the next great product or material, you’ll bring fresh ideas that push our concept further and make our homes even more inspiring.
• Continuous Improver: You’ll help us optimize our internal processes because at Cohabs, we don’t settle for “it works,” we go for “it works better.”
