Natixis NY Branch is offering a 6-month internship for a Technical Project Manager in Paris. You will join the Major Projects Management team and collaborate with your tutor to conduct technical expertise on real-estate investment files and advise investment teams. Candidates should be BAC +5 level students in university or engineering school with a specialization in building/urban planning, along with knowledge of the construction industry.

The internship includes an allowance, transport reimbursement, and access to the company’s restaurant.

Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join the Major Projects Management team within Asset Management as a Technical Project Manager Intern for an internship of 6 months starting in June 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

Responsibilities

• Investment
  • Conduct the technical expertise of real‑estate investment files, focusing on architectural and functional analysis, technical performance, environmental aspects, and technical and financial risks.
  • Advise investment teams on all technical aspects until transaction conclusion.
• Development
  • Design and manage development operations from assembly‑design phase to contract conclusion and project completion.
  • Coordinate promoters, stakeholders (Delegated Project Owner, Project Manager, pilots, Control Offices, SPS), and companies during projects.
  • Manage work operations to preserve guarantees and interests of the buyer until asset delivery and perfect completion.
• Restructuring and Renovation Works
  • Design, program, commission and control work required to restructure and renovate assets, enhance value and bring them into compliance.
  • Preserve buyer guarantees and interests through to asset delivery and completion.
• Advice to Asset Managers
  • Assist in preparation of multi‑year work plans, restructuring and renovation programs, technical monitoring of assets, and execution of regulatory diagnoses.
  • Monitor work resulting from claims.
• Sustainable Development
  • Lead implementation of energy transition law objectives on assets.
  • Support Head of Sustainable Development in improving environmental performance on heritage.

Location: Paris.
