Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. (ESS) is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Heavy Highway team from conception to completion, delivering on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success while maintaining schedules and quality controls. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 5+ years of heavy civil experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
