Sealed Air Corporation in France seeks a Project Manager (PMO) at our Epernon plant (28/78). You will be a reference for extrusion technology and converting, designing and executing projects in close partnership with Global Extrusion Platform Team and Supply Chain Hubs.

The role requires a Mechanical/Industrial degree, strong PMO experience, familiarity with extrusion lines, and English fluency with travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial required.
• Strong experience in project management office / technical projects.
• Experience in extrusion and converting complex lines for plastic foamed products is a plus.
• Automation knowledge / Engineering experience (AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels from shop floor to senior management.

• Fabrication and construction scope development and follow up.
• Deliver safe, operable, reliable system.
• Coordinate project milestones, SDR-FAT-SAT and commissioning activities
• Be accountable for project controls including estimating, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
• Guide and ensure that each project will be designed and executed fully in alignment with highest safety and environmental standards.
• Have sustainability as a key driver in each execution.

What does a Project manager do?

The Project Manager will be one of the references in terms of extrusion technology and converting/racking within the Regional Engineering Group. He/She will design and execute extrusion projects ensuring partnership and alignment with Global Extrusion Platform Team and Supply Chain Hubs.

• Design engineering including specification development, material and equipment specification.

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial
• Must have: Strong experience in Project Management office / technical projects
• Better to have: Experience in extrusion and converting complex lines for design, for plastic industry foamed products
• Better to have: Automation knowledge / Engineering experience (Autocad for ex)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels from shop floor to senior management
• Fluency in English and availability to travel within Europe
• Familiar with CE and ATEX EU Directives
