Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and drive complex engineering projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, establish project execution strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience in engineering, design, and project management, including procurement aspects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
• 7+ years in engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement; 2 years in project management in engineering.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, cost sheet, and main contracts.
• Set up project organization: scope, communication channels, execution strategy, team coordination.
• Coordinate internally with Technical, Procurement, Quality control, and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage, report, and deliver Project Key Indicators to the Projects Execution Group Manager.
• Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during project execution.
• Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide support in managing all project activities and resources within the framework of Air Liquide policies, contract commitments and requirements.

• 1. Participate to the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, the establishment of the cost sheet and the preparation and negotiation of the main contracts;
• 2. Set-up the project organization: scope of work, channels of communication, execution strategy, team coordination;
• 3. Coordinate internally: with Technical teams, with Procurement (follow-up Procurement plan, incl. pre-ordering when applicable), with Quality control team, with manufacturing;
• 4. Manage, report (to Projects Execution Group Manager) and deliver the Project Key Indicators.
• 5. Ensure the company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during the project execution.
• 6. Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.
