Jobtailor seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the operational execution of Boost’r & Care accounts from contract signing to ongoing service delivery.

You will ensure deliverables are completed on time, aligned with the commercial promise, and coordinated across internal teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operational project management across SaaS, agency, or multi-client environments.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are required.
• Excellent cross-team coordination and communication abilities in French.

Responsabilités

• Manage client projects end-to-end and ensure on-time delivery.
• Take ownership of accounts from contract signing through delivery.
• Structure projects with clear planning, milestones, and priorities.
• Track progress and adjust plans to meet commitments.
• Provide a smooth, well-controlled client experience.
• Coordinate internal teams to align on deliverables.

The Project Manager is responsible for the operational execution of Boost’r & Care accounts, from commercial sign-off through ongoing service delivery. They do not produce deliverables directly but ensure they are delivered on time, aligned with the commercial promise, and coordinated across all internal teams.

• Manage client projects
• Take ownership of accounts from contract signing
• Structure projects (planning, milestones, priorities)
• Track progress through to delivery
• Ensure a smooth, well‑controlled client experience
• Coordinate internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational project management (SaaS, agency, operations, consulting, or multi-client environments)
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent cross-team coordination skills
• Comfortable working in fast-growing environments
• Ability to anticipate issues and manage escalations
• Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French
• Experience in SaaS, foodtech, or delivery-focused environments is a plus
