Jobtailor in France seeks a senior PM leader to supervise a team delivering accounting-software deployments for SMEs. You will manage Portfolio PMs across Île-de-France and overseas territories, ensuring resource alignment with sales-driven objectives and fostering strong client relationships.

You will lead process improvements with Operations, train staff, and provide clear performance reporting while collaborating with Accounting Firms Account Executives to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of team management experience, including remote team management.
• Experience deploying new accounting software within an accounting firm.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Fluent French; English proficiency appropriate to department needs.
• Legal right to work in France; visas are not sponsored.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and manage a team of Project Managers overseeing portfolios of accounting firms in Île-de-France and France's overseas departments and territories.
• Ensure Project Managers have resources to meet individual and shared objectives co-developed with sales.
• Define and implement a relationship management strategy for accounting firms.
• Coordinate with other departments, especially Accounting Firms Account Executives.
• Serve as primary contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Supervise and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for portfolios of accounting firms in Île-de-France and France's overseas departments and territories
• Ensure that each Project Manager has the resources needed to achieve their individual objectives and the overall objectives co-developed with the sales team
• Define and implement an accounting-firm relationship management strategy tailored to different firm profiles
• Facilitate communication between the Project Management team and other departments, particularly the Accounting Firms Account Executive team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure the prompt resolution of issues
• Identify and implement process improvements with the support of the Operations teams
• Increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Provide ongoing training to Project Managers and support their professional development
• Establish reporting mechanisms for individual and team performance
• Share results with other teams
• Use data to make decisions and adjust strategies
• Support and advise accounting firms in deploying Pennylane, accounting and financial management software for SMEs and accounting firms
