Sealed Air Corporation's Épernon manufacturing site seeks an Engineering Project Manager (PMO) to lead extrusion and converting projects within the Regional Engineering Group. You will act as a regional technical reference for extrusion technology and coordinate with Global Extrusion Platform Team and Supply Chain Hubs.

You will design, lead and execute extrusion/converting projects, ensure safety and compliance, manage costs, schedule, and resources, and promote sustainability across project

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong experience in PMO or technical engineering projects.
• Experience with extrusion and converting production lines.
• Knowledge of automation and engineering tools (e.g. AutoCAD).
• Fluent in English and able to travel within Europe.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, organization, and execution plans.
• Lead the full engineering design phase, including process and equipment specifications.
• Define, manage, and follow up on fabrication and construction scopes.
• Deliver systems that are safe, operable, reliable, and compliant.
• Coordinate major project milestones: SDR, FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling and resource planning; track costs and risks.
• Ensure alignment with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; drive sustainability.

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager (PMO) to be based at our Epernon manufacturing site.

The Project Manager will act as a regional technical reference for extrusion technology and converting/racking within the Regional Engineering Group.

In this role, you will design, lead, and execute extrusion and converting projects, while ensuring close alignment with the Global Extrusion Platform Team and regional Supply Chain Hubs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, organization, and execution plans
• Lead the full engineering design phase, including:
• Process and equipment specifications
• Material definition and technical documentation
• Define, manage, and follow up on fabrication and construction scopes
• Deliver systems that are safe, operable, reliable, and compliant
• Coordinate all major project milestones, including SDR, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and start-up activities
• Be accountable for project controls:
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Scheduling and resource planning
• Cost tracking, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure all projects are designed and executed in full alignment with the highest safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Integrate sustainability objectives as a key driver in every project execution

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Required: Strong experience in Project Management Office (PMO) or technical engineering projects
• Preferred: Experience with extrusion and converting complex production lines, ideally in the plastic or foamed products industry
• Preferred: Knowledge of automation and engineering tools (e.g. AutoCAD or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively from shop floor teams to senior management
• Fluent in English; willing and able to travel within EuropeFamiliar with CE marking and ATEX EU Directives
