You should have deep expertise in paper packaging, with 2+ years of hands-on project management in packaging. Fluency in French or Italian and strong English is essential; Chinese is a plus for cross-time-zone collaboration.

• Proven, deep expertise in the paper packaging sector and production processes.
• Packaging background or experience as a Packaging Engineer transitioning to end-to-end PM duties.
• Native-level French or Italian with professional English; Chinese is a plus.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our local team in Paris. This role serves as a vital link between our European client base and our high-performance manufacturing facilities in Asia.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to manage relationships with clients in France and Italy.
• Gain a deep understanding of specific requirements for custom paper packaging—including delivery timelines and quality expectations—and coordinate with our factory teams in Asia:
• Translate client requirements into viable packaging solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in paper packaging and printing to resolve process bottlenecks, verify equipment compatibility for custom designs, and optimize solutions to balance customer experience with production feasibility.
• Lead the entire project lifecycle—from initial requirement confirmation to final product delivery—overcoming cross-regional communication barriers and ensuring every project meets agreed-upon standards for quality, cost, and timing.

What We Expect from You:

• Proven, deep expertise in the paper packaging sector: comprehensive knowledge of production processes, core machinery capabilities, and common optimization strategies for various packaging applications.
• Relevant work experience: either a Packaging Engineer eager to take on end-to-end project management responsibilities, or a Project Manager with over two years of hands-on experience in the packaging industry.
• Native-level proficiency in French or Italian and professional proficiency in English to facilitate smooth communication with local clients and cross-time-zone collaboration with the Asian team; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
