TAV Operation Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily lounge operations in Paris and manage cross-functional projects with external providers. The role reports to the France Operations Manager and requires strong budgeting, planning, and compliance with airline standards.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 6+ years of experience (4+ in a similar area), and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Total of at least 6 years of experience, including 4+ years in a similar area.
• Experience in business planning, financial modeling, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/TFRS and financial statements.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, safety and customer experience.
• Regularly visit and inspect the lounges, identifying operational issues and driving corrective actions.
• Manage and coordinate external service providers across F&B, reception, cleaning, technical maintenance and other operational services.
• Monitor contractual commitments and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead and support our team of Lounge Supervisors.
• Organise team schedules, site allocation and operational coverage.
• Manage operational projects including refurbishments, new equipment and the onboarding of new service providers.
• Work closely with the Group F&B Manager to continuously improve our food and beverage offering.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and airport operational requirements.
• Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction levels, operational KPIs, consumption and cost indicators.
• Coordinate stakeholders and service providers while ensuring continuity of operations.

Purpose of Role:

Reporting to the France Operations Manager, responsible for ensuring smooth and consistent operations across several airport lounges.
