Job summary

Zadient Technologies SAS seeks a Project Manager to establish industrial capacity and lead facilities, building the process engineering teams and ensuring validation of equipment and processes. You will define a clear mandate with the CEO and senior management to drive the ramp-up.

Your success will depend on aligning scientists and engineers, reporting to the Board, and maintaining uncompromising safety standards while delivering on cost, quality and schedule.

Job description

The project manager has the responsibility of establishing Zadient industrial capacity, covering :

1. Managing facilities and building the process engineering teams
2. Ensuring successful completion of equipment validation, followed by process validation
3. Managing modifications and non-conformities relating to new equipment (specially furnaces)

The Project Manager will define a clear mandate with the CEO and the senior management team.

His success will depend on how he builds alignment and collaboration between scientists and engineers.

1. Broad understanding of industrial operations. Semiconductor experience is an advantage but is not essential. Experience in other industrial sectors, such as pharmaceuticals or automotive, can also provide the necessary credibility.
2. Demonstrated ability and experience in project and people management
