Responsabilités

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full project lifecycle from planning, scheduling, and testing through to deployment and go-live.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate IT, business, operations, and laboratory workstreams for seamless delivery.
• Schedule & Risk Management: Track critical path activities, dependencies, and RAID logs, mitigating issues to stay on schedule.
• Stakeholder Accountability: Hold workstream leads and vendors to commitments and escalate blockers decisively.
• Executive Updates: Provide clear project reporting and updates to steering committees and senior leadership.

RED Global is currently looking for an IT Project Manager for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, to lead critical initiatives across Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and broader digital transformation projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can take full ownership of a complex project environment, establish realistic delivery baselines, and actively drive cross-functional teams and external partners against agreed milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full project lifecycle from planning, scheduling, and testing through to deployment and go-live.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate and align IT, business, operations, and laboratory workstreams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Schedule & Risk Management: Actively track critical path activities, dependencies, and RAID logs, implementing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on schedule.
• Stakeholder Accountability: Hold workstream leads and vendors accountable to commitments, proactively challenge delays, and elevate blockers decisively.
• Executive Updates: Provide clear, transparent project reporting and regular updates to steering committees and senior leadership.

This role is hybrid, and based in Haute-Savoie, France.
