QCS Staffing is seeking a Project Manager – Operational Readiness for a 12-month life sciences contract based in Metz, France. You will drive readiness for a new GMP manufacturing area, ensuring equipment, procedures and operators are prepared for production and supporting smooth handover to operations.

Fluent French is required; prior experience revamping sites and launching operations is essential to succeed in this role.

With significant investment being made into site expansion and production capabilities, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of life-changing therapies while supporting the development of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Metz on a 12-month contract.

What You’ll Deliver

Experience required:

• Experience revamping new sites – launching and standardising
• Experience creating systems to pass to operational team
• Production or Manufacturing engineering background
• Experience getting new equipment into routine use by manufacturing teams.
• Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
