Résumé du poste

RNI Ingénierie recherche un chef de projet industriel pour conduire des études d’ingénierie, définir l’architecture système et piloter les phases études et marchés.

Vous coordonnerez les équipes, préparerez les cahiers des charges, suivrez les budgets et les plannings, et accompagnerez le client sur les phases FAT/SAT et mise en service sur sites industriels en Hauts-de-France.

Qualifications

  • Deux à cinq ans d’études supérieures et au moins 5 ans d’expérience en environnement industriel dans l’automatisation.
  • Connaissance de SCHNEIDER Unity PRO, SIEMENS ou d’autres PLC ou systèmes de supervision.
  • Master ou diplôme d’école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent.
  • Expérience en gestion de projets et en mode projet avec compétences techniques approfondies (mécanique, automatisation, électricité, instrumentation, pipe‑line, etc.).
  • Gestion de budget et planning (préparation des estimations, suivi des dépenses, anticipation et résolution de problèmes, respect des délais).
  • Bonnes compétences en sécurité et gestion des risques industriels.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser des études d’ingénierie ou pré‑études: architecture système, choix des spécifications matérielles, analyse fonctionnelle, analyses de risques, etc.
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges et participer à la sélection des bureaux d’études sous‑traitants.
  • Participer à des projets préliminaires, études de projet, vérifications et plans d’exécution, participer à l’acceptation (FAT/SAT) et aux phases de tests.
  • Assister le maître d’ouvrage lors des opérations avant réception, planification, pilotage et coordination sur chantier.

Our team

Essentially experts in their field, they work in multidisciplinary teams at our customers’ sites. Working as part of the engineering or new works department, or within a design office, they manage design projects ranging from a few thousand euros to several million euros. Some design or install equipment, while others dimension piping networks, electrical cabinets or define a PLC architecture in a process industry.


Your mission


  • Carrying out engineering studies or pre-studies: defining system architecture, choosing hardware specifications, functional analysis, carrying out risk analyses, etc.

  • Drawing up tender specifications, taking part in the selection of subcontracted design offices.

  • Participating in preliminary projects, project studies, checking studies and execution plans, taking part in acceptance (FAT/SAT) and testing phases.

  • Assisting the project owner during operations prior to acceptance, scheduling, steering and coordinating the site.

What do we love about you?

With 2 to 5 years’ higher education, you have at least 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment in automation.


You will be able to carry out studies and research information in the field independently.


You have knowledge of specific tools such as SCHNEIDER (Unity PRO), SIEMENS or other PLCs or supervision systems on the market.


And also…


You have a Master’s degree or a degree from a general engineering school or one with a specialisation


You have experience in project management and have worked in project mode using in-depth technical skills (mechanics, automation, electricity, instrumentation, piping, etc.).


You have budget management and planning skills (producing project estimates, monitoring project expenditure, anticipating and assessing problems, meeting deadlines and being results-oriented).


You have good safety and industrial risk management skills.
