RNI is a family-run company, combining a design office and a consultancy firm. Specialising in process engineering, we have been helping our customers with their industrial projects for over 15 years.
We are multi-specialists: piping, general installation, carpentry, EAI are just some of the trades we master, skills that our team applies on a daily basis.
We’re humble and aware that our successes come from the convergence of human relationships and shared ambitions. That’s why, on a day-to-day basis, we advocate sharing value, respecting and keeping our word to our team, our customers and our partners.
Simplicity, Conviviality and Dynamism are our daily values.
Essentially experts in their field, they work in multidisciplinary teams at our customers’ sites. Working as part of the engineering or new works department, or within a design office, they manage design projects ranging from a few thousand euros to several million euros. Some design or install equipment, while others dimension piping networks, electrical cabinets or define a PLC architecture in a process industry.
With 2 to 5 years’ higher education, you have at least 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment in automation.
You will be able to carry out studies and research information in the field independently.
You have knowledge of specific tools such as SCHNEIDER (Unity PRO), SIEMENS or other PLCs or supervision systems on the market.
And also…
You have a Master’s degree or a degree from a general engineering school or one with a specialisation
You have experience in project management and have worked in project mode using in-depth technical skills (mechanics, automation, electricity, instrumentation, piping, etc.).
You have budget management and planning skills (producing project estimates, monitoring project expenditure, anticipating and assessing problems, meeting deadlines and being results-oriented).
You have good safety and industrial risk management skills.
A family environment and a diversity of projects: we have 30 active customers just in the Hauts-de-France region
Opportunities for training and development
Employee benefits (reduced working week, time savings account, family-friendly, high-performance health insurance scheme)
The possibility of reconciling professional and personal life thanks to teleworking and the flexibility of the organisation set up internally and with the majority of our customers
