Coperion is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the technical execution of pneumatic conveying, material handling, and dust collection projects from order receipt through commissioning. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver turnkey solutions and ensure project success.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and the ability to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks).
• Willingness to travel 20–35%.

Responsabilités

• Execute projects from design to commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, vendors, and installations teams.
• Serve as primary customer contact during project execution.
• Develop PFDs with equipment tagging and process information.
• Create and maintain P&IDs and review vendor drawings.
• Review equipment specs and document control throughout the project.
• Generate system layout drawings and maintain engineering records.
• Monitor deliverables and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and support resolution efforts.
• Assist with site visits, commissioning activities, and startup support.
