ITS Group Benelux seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale Security & Information Security transformation within a complex IT environment. The role focuses on governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership, with emphasis on cyber security and regulatory compliance (NIS2).

Responsibilities include defining governance, coordinating security-related projects, and driving adoption while reporting to senior management.

Program Manager – Security & Information Security

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Security & Information Security to lead a large-scale compliance and transformation program within a complex, multi-stakeholder IT environment.

The role focuses on program governance, stakeholder management, and change leadership, with a strong orientation toward cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (NIS2).

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and managing the overall program governance, roadmap, and priorities
• Coordinating multiple security-related projects and managing dependencies
• Driving stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and security teams
• Translating complex security and compliance topics into actionable decisions
• Supporting organizational change and adoption initiatives
• Reporting progress to senior management and steering committees

The program covers key domains such as:

• Security governance and policies
• Risk management and compliance
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Security monitoring and incident management
• Asset and vulnerability management
• Business continuity and disaster recovery
• Security awareness and process improvements

You have the following skills

? Core Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management
• Proven track record in complex transformation or compliance programs
• Strong experience in change management
• Experience coordinating multi-project environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

? Technical & Functional Skills

• Change Management
• Project Management methodologies
• Understanding of security domains (NIS2, infrastructure, applications, networks, etc.)
• Knowledge of IT architecture (business, application, technical)
• You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR or NL , EN is a +
