IDEMIA Public Security in Courbevoie is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multi-functional programs across engineering, supply, and legal teams. You will own the program P&L, forecast revenue, manage risk, and ensure contractual compliance while driving customer satisfaction and opportunities for upsell.

The role requires 5+ years of program management experience with cross-functional teams, strong financial acumen, and fluency in English, Spanish and French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen (revenue forecasting, margin, cash-flow).
• Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Languages: fluent English, Spanish and French is mandatory
• Travel: ~20-30% across Europe depending on program phase
• Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis & mitigation, KPI dashboards, governance & tollgates.

• Anticipate and manage risks; define mitigations; escalate for support when needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance; lead amendments, claims handling, and change requests.

Profile description:

• Education: Engineering or Master's degree in engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen (revenue forecasting, margin, cash-flow).
• Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis & mitigation, KPI dashboards, governance & tollgates.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
• Languages: fluent English, Spanish and French is mandatory
• Certifications (optional): PMP, Prince2, Agile credentials welcome.
• Travel: ~20-30% across Europe depending on program phase
