Siemens Industry Software is seeking a high-energy, experienced Program Manager to join our Consulting Services team in Paris. You will lead electronic design projects, from concept to delivery, collaborating with account teams and technical leads to translate customer requirements into actionable plans.

The role requires deep PCB development lifecycle knowledge, strong governance skills (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and a proven ability to manage cloud-based solutions and SaaS deployments while

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex electronic design projects end-to-end.
• Knowledge of PCB development lifecycle phases (design, layout, libraries, NPI).
• Proficiency in High-Speed Design (HSD) analysis and related tools.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services in EDA/PCB design.
• Understanding of data security, compliance, and scalability for cloud-hosted PCB design.
• Strong customer-centric approach and renewal management of service contracts.
• Expertise in project governance and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proven ability in comprehensive project planning and risk/change management.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with account teams and technical leads to drive sales campaigns and opportunities.
• Capture customer objectives and requirements via input forms.
• Lead scoping, estimates, and proposals for projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables.
• Oversee project execution with quality and customer satisfaction.
• Implement governance, track KPIs, provide data-driven reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalate when needed.
• Maintain strategic customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
