Hacon Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, part of Siemens Mobility, is seeking a qualified IT Project Manager – Software Integration in Paris. You will lead end-to-end software integration projects, manage client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires at least 8 years of IT project management experience, fluency in French and English, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of IT project management experience with a focus on software integration.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships for complex projects.
• Strong command of project management principles and methods.

Responsabilités

• Act as the interface between clients and internal teams.
• Lead end-to-end software integration projects from scoping to go-live.
• Define and monitor schedules, budgets, workloads and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams: Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Developers, Architects, Testers, etc.
• Supervise key phases: Scoping, specifications, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and project trade-offs.
• Provide reliable and regular reporting to management and clients.
