Program Manager in France is responsible for launching our interactive panel product across broadcasters. You will coordinate from integration to marketing, manage partner relationships, and serve as the voice of TAPPP for our partners.

This role collaborates with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service in a fast-paced, international environment where initiative and clear communication drive success.

• Prior experience in a similar role as a Program Manager, or program/project manager
• Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to multi-task, prioritize ruthlessly, work under tight deadlines and execute quick product turnaround
• Be solution-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
• Has strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills
• Analyzes and interprets data to draw strategic recommendations
• Has a high degree of organization, creativity, self-motivation and drive
• Interest in sports and gaming/betting is a bonus

• Be responsible for coordinating all aspects of new product launch, from integration and testing to marketing and data tracking
• Forge, build and manage relationships with various levels of management across your accounts; and provide exceptional partner support
• Analyze performance metrics to get a better understanding of ROI and inform product decisions
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns/programs by conducting in-depth data analysis
• Connect with accounts on a consistent basis to understand business opportunities and challenges; reporting internally on accounts’ performance, growth metrics and business opportunities
• Partner with the Marketing team to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives; create and maintain deal sheets, web and merchandising assets and other distributor resources as needed
• Work with internal teams to improve processes with an eye toward improving partner experiences

Program Manager

As our Program Manager, you play a major role in launching our interactive panel product across several broadcasters. Our Program Manager will be the quarterback of new product launches. You will manage the relationship between TAPPP and various sportsbook and broadcast partners, developing strong relationships with our partners and ensure their long-term success on the TAPPP platform. You are our partner’s voice here at TAPPP and also the face of the TAPPP brand to our partners. This role is highly collaborative, working across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, and external teams. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced international working environment. The organization is flat, process is minimal, and individual responsibility is big.
