WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Reporting directly to the PR & Communication Associate, the intern will be her right hand across operational and communications work. The role sits at the intersection of events, marketing and program delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is comfortable moving quickly between tasks.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Strategic Program – Event Operations

• Provide end‑to‑end operational support for the delivery of a flagship international program run in partnership with a global technology leader
• Support the smooth running of all program milestones and events, from preparation through to on‑site execution
• Assist with task tracking and follow‑up across the team to ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
• Be a reliable, hands‑on point of support for the EU team throughout the programme lifecycle

France Events – Full Operational Support

• Support the end‑to‑end operational delivery of all Plug and Play France events
• Manage logistics, supplier coordination, on‑site set‑up and run‑of‑show on event days
• Support post‑event follow‑up and reporting

Communications & PR Support (France)

• Assist the PR & Communications Associate with the France communications strategy across all channels
• Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling for France‑based activity
• Support the production of newsletters, event recaps, partnership announcements and promotional materials
• Help maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging across all France communications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Recently graduated in Operations, Events, Marketing or similar
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written French and English; you can draft a social media post and a logistics checklist with equal ease
• Proactive, autonomous and solutions‑oriented
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment
• At ease with tools like Google Workspace, Keynote, Notion or similar
• Available immediately and willing to travel for events
• Previous experience in project management, even in an academic or extracurricular context, is a plus
• A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship or the innovation ecosystem is a strong plus
