Flowserve SIHI (France) SAS is seeking Production Supervisors to lead the operations team in production, inventory management, and quality assurance. You will drive efficient output while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Candidates should have experience with lean manufacturing tools, CNC programming basics, and strong Excel and project planning skills, with a BS/BA in a relevant field and 5-7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsabilités

• Direct activities within the operations team for production, inventory management, and quality.
• Promote and work safely within established policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Role Summary

Production Supervisors direct activities within the operations team as it relates to production, inventory management, and quality. These highly motivated individuals ensure efficient production while promoting and working safely within established policies and procedures.
