Flowserve Corporation is seeking Production Supervisors to direct activities within the operations team, focusing on production, inventory management and quality, while promoting safety and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical or industrial engineering background with 5–7 years of experience, knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, and proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or industrial engineering degree required.
• 5–7 years relevant experience.
• ISO 9000/14000 knowledge desired.
• Experience with welding standards (AWS/ASME) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production activities and inventory management.
• Monitor KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, and scrap.
• Apply lean tooling like AMEF, VSM, SMED to improve processes.
• Plan production across multiple work centers.
