Flowserve Corporation in Nouvelle-Aquitaine is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct activities within the operations team, focusing on production, inventory management, and quality.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing expertise, production planning, and KPI management, with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement in a high‑volume environment. Experience with ISO-9000/14000 and welding standards is preferred, along with a BS/BA in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO-9000/14000 standards.
• Knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME) is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production, inventory, and quality in manufacturing.
• Manage KPIs such as utilization, efficiency, and scrap.
• Plan production across multiple work centers.
• Conduct problem analysis using lean tools.
• Maintain Excel-based reporting and use MS Project for scheduling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CNC programming.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Statistical control of the process.
• Production planning in different work centers.
• Management of KPIs (utilization, efficiency, productivity, scrap, rework).
• Analysis for the solution of problems in lean manufacturing.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Microsoft Project or similar.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (AMEF, VSM, 6's, SMED, etc).
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mechanical or industrial engineer.
• Experience with ISO-9000-14000
• Desirable knowledge of welding standards (AWS, ASME)
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience
