PHINIA seeks a skilled production line regleur focusing on C5 classification. You will be responsible for line setups, changeovers, and maintaining the manufacturing plan while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.

Join a global industrial supplier with a century of experience, operating across 40 locations. You will work within a team to ensure continuous improvement, comply with lean initiatives, and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to set up and adjust production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Experience with changeovers and line tuning in a metalworking environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean tools (5S, Kanban, standard work) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and changeover production lines for C5 classification per national metallurgy collective agreement.
• Manage manufacturing plan, retouching, and packaging within safety, quality, volume, time and cost constraints.
• Perform line adjustments, prioritize actions to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Record interventions and participate in problem-solving groups and machine development.
