Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Planner/Scheduler to coordinate workflows across multiple manufacturing value streams. You will own the master production schedule, release and monitor work orders, and resolve capacity and material constraints to meet customer delivery commitments.

You will collaborate with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, Engineering, and Warehouse teams, maintaining reliable planning data and driving continuous improvement in flow and execution.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling, inventory control, internal expediting, or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong Excel capability and proficient in ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master schedule for multiple manufacturing lines to support daily production goals and customer delivery.
• Translate demand, due dates, capacity, and material readiness into an executable schedule.
• Release and sequence production orders; manage work orders and job instructions on the production floor.
• Create and maintain ERP job orders; monitor status and adjust schedules as needed.
• Attend daily manufacturing meetings and provide concise updates on plan attainment, risks, and constraints.
