Amcor's Chalon site, part of the Wine & Spirits Business Unit, seeks a Production Manager to lead operations and CI improvements at a 24/7 plant employing 120 staff. You will oversee safety performance, production budgets and KPI reporting while driving Lean/CI initiatives.

Requires a science/engineering background, 5+ years in manufacturing with supervision, and fluency in French and English. Packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with supervision.
• Lean and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Experience in packaging is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety performance and drive continuous improvement (CI) across the plant.
• Deliver budgeted production volumes and cost-out initiatives.
• Define and assign goals and improvement projects to line managers.
• Define, manage and improve organisational processes and KPIs.
• Promote Amcor culture, values and behaviour within the plant.
• Maintain high motivation and engagement within the team.
• Lead CI projects and share best practices with other plants.
