Job summary

Lighthouse is building a full product team in Paris with a hybrid setup. You join Bertrand’s team (VP Engineering), working directly with our CEO and a dedicated Product Manager to lead a small but growing AI engineering group.

You will ship the three AI features on the roadmap to production within 12 months, designing robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data foundations to support scalable analytics for leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in data engineering or data analytics
• 1–2 years managing a team (feedback, growth, hiring)
• Designed and run production ETL/ELT pipelines with governance
• Contributed to AI features in production (data prep/evaluation)
• Hands-on daily work with SQL, Python, pipelines; comfortable with pair programming and TDD
• Nice to have: experience fine-tuning or deploying open-weight models; TypeScript experience

• Lead and build with the team; coach, set standards and hire
• Ship AI features on the roadmap to production
• Design and maintain resilient data foundations and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Collaborate with PM to shape the roadmap and align on architecture
