L‑Acoustics is seeking a Senior Electronics Test Engineer to join the Industrialization team in France. You will validate amplifiers, processors and loudspeakers during pre-production and certification, designing tests and validating procedures.
You will analyze results, investigate non-conformities with R&D and Quality, and report in French and English. A hybrid work model with remote days complements a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Within the Industrialization department, working closely with the R&D, Quality, and Applications teams, you play a key role in the technical validation of electronic products (amplifiers, processors, loudspeakers) during pre‑production and certification phases.
Preparation and execution of validation tests; Creation and update of test procedures and validation plans; Execution of technical tests adapted to the specific needs of the products: power measurements, audio quality, EMC, climatic tests, thermal testing, operating noise, dysfunctional tests, etc.; Critical analysis of results; In‑depth interpretation of test data; Identification of deviations and anomalies; Technical investigation of non‑conformities in collaboration with R&D and Quality teams; Proposal of improvement or correction actions; Documentation and reporting; Writing detailed test reports and technical summaries in French and English.
Higher technical education in electronics (BTS, DUT, Professional Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent) with 8+ years of professional experience in a test laboratory or industrial/electronic environment, ideally with experience in audio. Proficiency with measurement tools and electronic testing protocols. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex results and investigate technical failures. Autonomy, rigor, critical thinking, and initiative. Professional audio experience is highly appreciated. Good level of technical English (reading documentation, writing reports).
