TESCAN GROUP, a.s. in Fuveau, France, is seeking a testing and validation specialist to ensure product quality before shipment and support continuous improvement.

You will define test programs, contribute to equipment design, perform tests, and verify compliance with established procedures. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a related field, possess strong analytical skills, and communicate effectively in English to collaborate across international teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in instrumentation, electronics, materials science, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of electronics, physics, mechanics, and software.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of anomalies.

Responsabilités

• Define and write product-specific test programs with your manager.
• Contribute to design of test equipment and test benches.
• Perform tests, monitor parameters, and record results.
• Write and apply test procedures, including ATP and COA.
• Verify and validate product compliance per procedures.
• Diagnose non-conformities and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Ensure full traceability of products and tests.
• Maintain test benches and equipment needed for testing.
• Support inventory management within the department.
• Identify deviations and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support product installation during industrialization phases.
• Diagnose issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide internal technical support.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, R&D and others to meet deadlines.
