Tescan seeks a Physical Measurement Test Technician (M/F) for its Fuveau site in southern France. You will perform tests, document measurements, and help define test programs while contributing to test equipment design.

Applicants should hold an Associate or Bachelor degree in Physical Measurements, Materials, Electronics, or related fields, with solid knowledge of electronics, physics, mechanics, and software.

Qualifications

• Two- or three-year higher education degree in Physical Measurements, Materials, Electronics, or equivalent.
• General knowledge of electronics, physics, mechanics, and/or software.
• A rigorous and structured approach with strong analytical skills.
• Responsiveness and adaptability when facing unexpected situations.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Perform tests and contribute to product diagnostics to ensure compliance within scheduled shipping deadlines.
• Define and write test programs tailored to each product.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of test equipment, including test benches.
• Carry out tests, record parameters, and document measurements with accuracy and rigor.
• Write and share test procedures (ATP, COA).
• Validate product conformity according to existing procedures or diagnose non-conformities.
• Contribute to continuous product improvement and the treatment of non-conformities.
• Resolve identified issues or coordinate with the relevant departments and follow up until product acceptance.
• Ensure traceability of products and associated tests.
• Maintain and service test benches, tools, and required equipment.
• Contribute to the department’s stock management.
• Raise alerts in case of deviations and propose appropriate solutions.
