Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Security Engineer in Paris to partner with Product, leading end-to-end security reviews for new features, and owning the BugBounty program across engineering, product and infra. You will drive threat modeling and risk-based decisions while improving security coverage and responsive remediation.

You will contribute to regulatory compliance (eIDAS, NIS2, ISO 27001), build secure-by-design practices, and balance security with business velocity through pragmatic decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in web app and API security.
• Ability to independently run threat modeling sessions.
• Experience managing vulnerabilities across a product perimeter.
• Participation in BugBounty programs and triage workflows.
• Experience using AI to automate security tasks.
• Comfort working across product, compliance, fraud, and security domains.
• Self-sufficient and pragmatic with clear communication.
• Native or near-native French; professional English (B2) for security research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security review cycle for product features and risk-based decisions.
• Own and operate BugBounty program: triage, remediation, rewards decisions.
• Identify, prioritize, and track remediation of vulnerabilities across product and infra perimeter.
• Contribute to security of Trusted Zone, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance (eIDAS, NIS2, ISO 27001).
• Extend security expertise beyond Product to all company initiatives and drive security culture.
