Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Compliance Engineer to lead end-to-end compliance programs, including eIDAS v2, NIS2, and ISO 27001. You will coordinate audits with ANSSI and LSTI, translate regulatory requirements for engineering and product teams, and help secure the Trusted Zone while driving automation and risk-based remediation.

Fluent French and professional English are required; hybrid work in Paris is available within a fast-growing European Digital Trust provider.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with at least one demanding compliance standard such as eIDAS v2, ETSI EN 319, PCI DSS, or equivalent.
• Experience running internal audits and gap analyses end-to-end.
• Managed or contributed to ISO 27001 programs in live environments.
• Able to translate regulatory requirements into actionable engineering language.

Responsibilities

• Own full compliance lifecycle for eIDAS v2: gap analysis, remediation roadmap, implementation tracking, certification prep.
• Map NIS2 obligations to Youtrust perimeter and drive remediation and reporting.
• Maintain ISO 27001 program with internal audit coordination and ISMS docs.
• Be primary contact with external auditors (ANSSI, LSTI) and manage audit packages.
• Monitor EU regulatory landscape and translate requirements into viable initiatives.
• Contribute to security of the Trusted Zone and fraud prevention initiatives.
• Join weekly on-call rotation and build automation to reduce manual toil.
