Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to own the RCSA Compliance application vision and drive its roadmap from Paris.

You will gather requirements, translate them into a prioritized backlog, lead a team of Business Analysts, and collaborate with IT to ensure compliant, well-governed deployments across an international environment.

The role requires 7+ years in product ownership or senior business analysis within banking, strong regulatory know-how, and fluent English.

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or senior business analysis in banking.
• Experience with IT applications with regulatory or risk components.
• Ability to lead a team of Business Analysts.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Strong understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English required
