Job summary

Bandai Namco Entertainment is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to coordinate sourcing and operations for the EMEA e-commerce and retail catalog, ensuring timely launches, quality and budget alignment. In an international entertainment environment, you will contribute to Collector’s and Premium Editions, vinyl collections, and other special items.

You will collaborate with licensing partners, Creative, PR/Marketing, and Supply Chain to manage concepts, POs, inventory, and stock counts for

Responsibilities

Contribute to the D2C merchandise catalog by creating exclusive products and sourcing items from licensing partners.
Support the development of Collector’s and Special Editions for e-commerce and retail channels.
Assist with pre-order bonus items for retail and e-commerce, and collaborate with PR and Marketing.
Maintain and standardize project management tools and SKU planning docs.
Monitor sales performance and forecast replenishment with suppliers.
Create and manage D2C purchase orders for suppliers.
Monitor merchandise imports from suppliers to warehouses with the Supply Chain team.
Manage the D2C logistics provider, including inbound shipments and inventory, with annual stock counts.
Optimize shipping packaging and protective packing for D2C operations.
Brief and submit product concepts to the Creative team for design.
Coordinate and monitor print production with suppliers and stakeholders.
