Job summary

Mistral.ai is expanding its Product Operations function in Paris to design processes, tools and data infrastructure that align Product, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams. You will enable collaboration, accelerate feedback loops and coordinate launches from Paris with a global scope.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration and developing repeatable workflows across product planning, releases and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, product management or strategy roles in deep-tech or AI environments.
• Strong data analytics capability to turn usage data into actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, marketing and sales.
• Process-oriented with repeatable workflows and release processes.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive data and analytics – report on customer engagements and product usage; work with Data Science to build dashboards.
• Manage feedback loops and discovery – structure processes, run early access programmes and partner tests.
• Coordinate launches – orchestrate product releases with PMs, marketers, engineers and legal.
• Build product rituals – shape planning, review and OKR routines; implement tooling for documentation.
• Maintain product catalogue and documentation – partner with technical writers to keep docs current.
• Standardise release cycles – coordinate with Engineering and Science on timelines and reliability.
