Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the maintenance and repair portfolio across the EMEIA region. You will shape marketing strategies, collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Regional Marketing to translate customer insights into initiatives that drive growth and profitability.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 5+ years in industrial product marketing, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Marketing within an industrial or technical environment.
• Proven ability to manage product portfolios and drive business growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth ambitions.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and support new product development and launch activities.
• Manage the product lifecycle and ensure portfolio vitality through continuous optimization.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop impactful marketing content and sales enablement tools, including digital campaigns, brochures, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate demand, improve customer engagement, and achieve commercial targets.
