Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Process/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in engineered industrial equipment or EPC environments.
• Experience on Engineer-to-Order projects with international customers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of contracts, P&IDs, drawings, BOMs, ITPs and project documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead full lifecycle execution of ETO projects from sales handover through close-out, including documentation and commissioning support.
• Establish and maintain project execution plan, schedule, milestones, budget and risk register.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead kick-off meetings, reviews, coordination and escalation management.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Logistics and Service activities.
• Monitor project cost, margins, revenue, cash collection and forecast accuracy; take recovery actions as needed.
