Job summary

Stoïk is seeking a Product Manager to own the Insurance Distribution squad within the Product & Ops team in Paris. You will drive the broker platform for quoting, policy documents, amendments and renewals across multiple markets.

You will translate insurance and legal requirements into specs, collaborate with engineers and legal, and ensure releases go live with carrier approvals. Fluent in French and English, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience in insurance, insurtech, fintech or another regulated B2B product is a significant advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior profiles and ability to negotiate.
• Knowledge of AI trends and adaptable processes in fast-moving markets.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn insurance and legal requirements into precise, testable specs validated by Legal and Insurance.
• Own the wording releases across markets and languages, ensuring carrier approval before go-live.
• Manage delivery timelines by planning and running weekly sprints.
• Arbitrate between competing market requests and communicate vision, progress and risks.
