Job summary

Stoïk is seeking a Product Manager to lead a squad within the Security tribe, owning end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will work with software engineers, a product designer, and cross-functional teams to build Stoïk Protect and related security services for insured clients.

You will navigate security complexities, translate technical needs for non-technical stakeholders, and drive reliable, scalable product outcomes in a fast-growing startup environment in Paris.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Manager in a fast-growing startup or scale-up.
• Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure or a technical B2B product is advantageous.
• You stay current with AI capabilities and rapidly adapt your mindset to fast-moving cyber risk and product changes.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: translate security expertise into precise, testable specs before development.
• Own delivery timelines by planning and running weekly sprints while balancing run and build work.
• Ensure reliability and security outcomes by meeting SLAs and maintaining product workflows.
• Stakeholder management: translate security needs to non-technical clients and communicate vision and progress clearly.
