We’re looking for a results-driven Product Manager to own and grow our portfolio of Aerospace & Defense connector products . In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from strategy and development to commercialization and ongoing management. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and a dedicated Technical Marketing Manager (TM)to deliver solutions that meet demanding technical and regulatory requirements while driving market success.

About the job

• Own the product roadmap and strategy to support growth, compliance, and innovation in global Aerospace & Defense markets.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including new product development, launch, and obsolescence.
• Translate customer feedback (Voice of Customer) into actionable product enhancements and priorities.
• Handle RFQs, develop sales collateral, support channel partners, and drive go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Partner with the TM to align on product applications, customer use cases, and technical positioning.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and gaps.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in electronic components or connector systems.
• Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense requirements and compliance standards (e.g., MIL-SPEC, ITAR).
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or defense contractors.
• Understanding of global distribution networks and channel partner enablement.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100, RoHS, and REACH.
